In individual counseling, we help you overcome difficulties such as depresion, anxiety, PTSD, etc. that affect you individually and may be contributing to difficulties you're having in your life such as at work, with your family, in school, etc. Individual counseling allows you to see the bigger picture while at the same time helping you find specific and practical solutions to resolve difficulties you are experiencing.
